Educational Purpose
CogniSystems delivers practice systems, professional development, and educational content for registered mental health professionals in Canada. Our mastermind curriculum, templates, calculators, and AI prompt resources are intended to support clinical business operations—not to replace supervised clinical judgment, regulatory college standards, or scope-of-practice requirements.
All materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Not Clinical or Crisis Services
CogniSystems does not provide direct medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency crisis intervention. Our faculty support channel is for program administration and educational questions only.
If you or a client are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911), a crisis line, or your provincial mobile crisis team. Do not use CogniSystems channels for urgent clinical emergencies.
Professional Responsibility
Participants remain solely responsible for compliance with their provincial regulatory college (e.g., CRPO), PHIPA, PIPEDA, and all applicable privacy and consent obligations in their own practice.
You agree not to input client Personal Health Information (PHI), identifying details, or session transcripts into non-compliant AI tools when using CogniSystems prompt templates or workflows. Always verify zero-data-retention settings before use.
Intellectual Property & License
Course materials, templates, PDFs, spreadsheets, and portal content are licensed for personal professional use by enrolled participants unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or public republication without written consent is prohibited.
CogniSystems retains all copyrights and trademarks in program content, branding, and proprietary frameworks.
Payments, Refunds & Access
Program fees, deposit terms, and refund conditions are stated at checkout and in enrollment confirmations. Access to curriculum portals and resource vaults is granted upon confirmed payment unless a separate written agreement applies.
We may suspend access for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct in community spaces, or misuse of downloadable materials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Materials and portals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CogniSystems does not guarantee specific clinical, financial, or business outcomes from implementing intensive models, pricing strategies, or automation workflows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CogniSystems disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
CogniSystems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our educational content, including loss of revenue, client complaints, regulatory inquiries, or data incidents originating in a participant's own systems.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CogniSystems for the program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
